Bieke Depoorter joins FotoFabrika 2025 with her exhibition 'Crossings', and on June 6, twelve Bulgarian photographers will have the opportunity to spend a day in her company.

This intensive one-day workshop is intended for photographers who are working on an ongoing project. If you wish to dive deeper into the story you’re developing or need a fresh look at it, this workshop—dedicated to the power of good editing—will help you both refine the details and see the bigger picture.

Bieke Depoorter will guide you in identifying what’s missing, what remains unclear, and what you truly want to say with your work. The main focus of the workshop will be storytelling—but doubt will also be welcomed as part of the creative process. You'll explore asking the right questions and discovering new ways to move forward.

The FotoFabrika team will contact the selected participants, who will be asked to prepare:
• A short digital presentation of their project (video/presentation/text – up to 5 minutes)
• Prints (the more, the better)
• Printed texts related to the project (if available)
• A hard drive with the full body of work
